I agree, they should all make their bones in Congress. Keyes did run for the Senate, in Maryland, but didn't get any traction. He would have been better off cherry- picking a congressional district, one that was promising for a Republican, instead of running state- wide at the outset in a predominantly Democratic state........

I think Forbes really hurt himself last night. He kept going after Bush. But I think Keyes has too much principle to go into Congress. He pretty much says its a den of thieves and liars. JLA
