Ally, I was wondering if you have heard anything about a new IPO called Learnsoft ( LOS ) on the CDNX (Recently featured in the Financial Post and Globe and Mail, also an article in the Canadian business Nov 26 issue). If you hadn't, and have a few spare moments to take a look at some of the preliminary info I wouldn't mind your feed back.

Home page: learnsoft.com
therehastobemoretolife.com

and sedar.com

Thanks in advance

Regards,

David

Ally,

Salter Street Films: SSF salter.com

Earnings per share on a fully taxed basis (45 per cent) in the fourth quarter of fiscal 1999 were 18 cents, compared with 18 cents per share in the same period of 1998, and fully taxed earnings per share for the full year of fiscal 1999 increased to 43 cents from 27 cents for fiscal 1998.

Revenues from production and distribution decreased slightly from year before but revenues from investment and other increased, (possibly this is from their investment in Salter New Media)

Earnings per share were $0.25 for 4th Q and $0.59 for Year ending Oct 99.
The share price is on a down trend and closed Fri. at $2.85.
There is 7.2 million shares issued. I picked up a small amount last week but am holding off buying any more till I do more DD.

Salter Street's television programs include the award-winning and top-rated comedy series This Hour Has 22 Minutes, the family drama series Emily of New Moon (a co-production with CINAR Corporation) and the science fiction series LEXX (a co-production with TIMe Film und TV Produktion).

Salter New Media Limited is an affiliate of Salter Street Films Limited, created in association with Maritime Telegraph and Telephone Company, Limited (MTT), an Aliant company. The company focuses on the creation of original, branded content for the Internet.

Your's and other's thoughts would be appreciated.

Derrick

FEC Fox Energy ................................................

Web Site,

foxenergy.com

I found it on Nov 22 or thereabouts at .22 cents, closed at .29 cents Friday just found you guys.........

I believe it is a 6 to 12 month hold.

Here is a post on SI,

Message 12334660

My opinion, FEC has the potential of hitting 65 cents or so in the next year, cash flow per share is projected at 12 cents, not uncommon for oil companies to trade at between 5 and 8 times cash flow.

Also, there is a RUMOR, I stress rumor that a further merger or acquisition of some sort is in the works.

Please as always do your own DD, I have a long position here.
