Not quite fair. Forbes point is that unless drastically restructured you HAVE to raise the retirement age to 70, 75, how knows? unless you want 70% tax rates. His solution is to drastically restructure. Bush, I guess, wants to tinker.

McCain's solution, as I understand it, was to put the surplus in a lock box. I have no idea what that means. Does it mean paying down the debt? Does it mean putting actual currency in an actual box?
