That's his African American Heritage. All black leaders do that. If America is ready for a black president, it's got to be prepared to accept the style that comes with it. I suspect the media "elite" really aren't ready.

I have seen him fall into the "preacherly" rhythms in a speech before an extremely friendly and knowledgeable crowd. It is his idea of conveying passion.
