No. A spin-off doesn't mean ATHM will be the infrastructure for other ISPs. ATHM will be an integrated solution. Competitors won't be so integrated. There will be plenty of alternatives to cable, but cable will dominate the home market.

Here is yet another info on how Jermo is milking us share holders.
He bought Blumountain and added $350M to longterm debt to dilute our share values.

And now he is getting special bonus for buying Excite and selling stocks to pocket another 25M.
