Yeah... the general wisdom is that ACTM isn't
particularly interested in selling and JBL
would not be interested in buying... oh well.

I spoke with CFO Lavin a couple weeks ago about
what ACTM plans to do with the cash from their
recent sale of shares. He indicated that, initially,
they'll just pay down debt and reduce interest
expense... but what they're more interested in is
growing through more acquisitions, particularly
in SE Asia and Europe.

Nice to see some upward movement in the share price
and some activity on this board.
