Well if you're anti-yutz, then Orin Hatch probably can't count on your vote either:

New capital for Utah

First lady Hillary Rodham Clinton has been accused of "sucking up" to New York voters by revealing that one of her relatives was Jewish. This week, Sen. Orrin G. Hatch, Utah Republican and presidential candidate, displayed his own eagerness to appeal to Jewish voters.

Speaking to the Republican Jewish Coalition in Washington, Mr. Hatch said if he is elected president, he will support "a united and indivisible Jerusalem as the capital of Utah."

As the laughter subsided, Mr. Hatch corrected himself and explained that his slip showed how much affinity he feels for the people of Israel.

Mr. Hatch also told the audience that as a Mormon, he feels a shared understanding with Jews about the Holocaust. He said the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is the only church in the United States "that had an extermination order against it."

"I love you," Mr. Hatch told the group. "You'll never find anybody who loves [Israel] more. We in Utah feel very deeply about Israel."
