But if it were a change in management, it would be a company-specific thing for GTW. But DELL has barely moved on a day that has everything else gapping up. Seems like there must be something else out there, especially given that most people have been speculating for a while now that Ted W. will be gone, and he hasn't had that much influence lately anyway. One thing's for sure, if you're right, it's a good trading opportunity.
