It does NOT permit them to engage in law enforcement activity, nor provide them the powers of arrest (except Military police and/or Special Agents).

I suspect that most rational people realized that I meant to include the "Not" in the above comment.

Btw, the Posse Comitatus Act dates back to 1878, well before the Federal Reserve Act, or Bill Clinton.

It seems that before that period, the time of our founding fathers, it was permissible to use Federal Troops to enforce laws. So much for the "good 'ol days" of our founding fathers... eh??
