Chuz: David Tice (whose gang puts out some superb analysis) would be proud of you. Not many people seem to understand or care about balance sheet shenanigans, nor about how they can juice up the reported numbers. I like your approach. I agree that sorting out the options can be an exercise in futility, although for some companies, (MSFT comes to mind) the dilution factor just jumps off the page due to the number of zeros in the numbers. (g) Too bad many investors don't seem to understand the concept of dilution. Best, Earlie
