re post #19033 Great thoughts Frank, and definitely worth repeating every so often. I also wear "rose colored glasses"....it's a wonderful way to live life: what if there is no afterlife and no reincarnation and this is our only chance? What a waste to go through it negative and unhappy. You can change your feelings by changing your thoughts...and unless something really drastically wrong has happened that you must work through (and I mean really drastic: a loved one dying, losing everything you have, becoming incapacitated or being in constant pain) it's better for you and those around you to change those thoughts fast when you see yourself becoming unhappy, complaining, miserable, sorrowful, troubled....
