I think he could start by finding out what kind of game his MM are playing with the stock of his company. I have seen the MM put their foot of this stock several times when it was trying to run up. Here you have a fully reporting company, Selling products that should appeal to everybody, a decent float,e commerce already in place.
It just amazes me that it doesn't move.

One strategy would be a 1-for-four reverse split.
Before you all start throwing rocks, not all reverses are bad for the shareholders.
This is one scenario where a reverse would be a good thing. Being profitable and near 4 would get more investors and take us over the top.
