A new dedicated team primarily so no hold times, handle special requests, etc, Supposedly, only a limited number of customers per Schwab representatives. Remember those days when you'd call and someone would answer right away -- those days are not gone at Schwab and I guess they're trying to get back to it for some customers.

Don't know much else.

I am currently a Schwab signature Services level customer, but I seriously considering switch to Fidelity.

I have always considered both Schwab and Fidelity to be fairly equal offerings, but I recent reviewed the Fidelity offering and find that the commission level is 50% less than Schwab and unlike Schwab you actually get better commission deals as you increase levels.

So to all of the Gold, Platinum and Pinnicle Schwab customers why do you remain at Schwab when Fidelity has online trades for 50% of the standard Schwab rate?
