since I am on long HOLD with tech support, I mind as well post my problem here.

Aside from my freezing screen, the program with no longer open. The error message is "Abnormal Program Termination".

Needless to say, I think the recent versions of eSignal is a major step BACKWARDS. The program is full of bugs and service has been at totally below acceptable level.

I wonder if it is just me, or if any other users feel the same way.

I'm still getting different bid/ask between Level 1 quote sheets and the Level 2 window...very disconcerting...what can we do about this?
