Z--So you agree with Tom that if KRP disappears, it will not significantly help HTI? It seems to me that it would help the stock if a competitor dropped out, if for wall-street psyche reasons only. Is the point that since KRP are rapidly becoming a non-competitor anyway, then their dropping out would not have any real bottom-line impact?

Sorry to be so persistent on this point, but I am trying to get clear on just what sort of influence HTI's competitors are taken to have. I have written them off for years, which has sometimes proven to be unwise. It seems now that there are good reasons for thinking many of them (at least KRP) to be ineffectual--that is, whether they stay or go, the effect is the same for HTI.

This has been discussed before, but I forget--who makes the suspensions to which Innovex's FSAs are bonded? Magnecomp?
