Adding some PDG to my gold hedge. So far it has borne little fruit, but no losses either. Gold staying remarkably stable.

Bob, I can't help but think you are wise to start moving out early. . . Bears are definitely taking positions this afternoon in the big stocks. . . already having slight effect on some high fliers. . .I am selling with you. . . . .I think bulls will start taking profits for weekend. . .by shifting from the first tier to the second tier. I don't think it will effect the Dow that much. . .but then our stocks are not reflected there. I am considering some 2nd tier issues. . . .one thing is for sure. . . .the move is toward quality stocks and away from the garbage that has been moving all week. . . . now if I can just remove that stench from my portfolio, I will be fine.
