"I would assume that when SI sees the violation, they would remove the violations. I wouldn't assume that SI polices its Terms of Use, particularly concerning Short Selling Bashers, as they seem to enjoy more protection on SI than most endangered species.... Those who dare post against them or point out the BIAS are far more likely to be suspended than the SSB posting Copyrighted material in violation of the Terms of Use...
