If it closes over 3.5$US today, with volume over 50,000 I would say that your theory of something cooking behind the scenes.

Looks to me like Tatersall (that fund manager) is continuing to pick up shares....(looking at which brokerages are doing the buying/bidding)....still, things have gone ho hum...would be nice to see another wireless PR!!!
