About 325000 shares have been sold through NTBC. Folks, the additional shares are needed to draw institutional buyers in. They do not want to pay through the nose to establish a position. This is a necessary part of the evolution of VARL. I applaud management's attempt to increase the float through forgoing future wealth. This company is going to do very, very well over the next few years. Management knows this and is positioning the stock so that the price can reflect this. In short management is helping all of us shareholders through sacrificing their own future wealth.
