REBUTAL OF IMPORTANT FACTS More like News releases and BS Hype(EQUAL TIME): FACTS: Test results (Takes two months so Febrauary 30 days after delisting date and I got my information from DOn Blackburn when I thought he was still on the board), Promised 10SB (Good I want to read that filing), demonstration (BS since it has been moved futher and further since Mid September and DEMO WHAT???), production (OF WHAT???), all MAJOR key developments anticipated to occur VERY soon. And just how is is VERY SOON??? Fact - PR to announce OMC dividend with Dec.31 record date came out before these key events. DUH!!! If it was announced in January it would be before a lot of the key points you make here. Ask yourself why the company would officially set the Dec.31 date of record before announcing other KEY events. My opinion to sell all the stock they can before the end of the year! into whatever buying they can muster up. From a strategic POV, this would prevent the stock from being shorted over the next 4 weeks if solid news was released pushing the price upwards. BS there are no shorting other than intratrade on this stocks under $2.50 because that is what you have to cover it so that BS is totally unverifiable and a statement from someone NOT an SEC attorney or knowledgeable of the market nor proof of the historical BS attempts done by other OTCs that have tried this same stunt before or was it to get buying and guess what comes into buying... Yep sells! Secondly, it would reduce traders from spinning the stock over the next 4 weeks if solid news is released thus facilitating a sustainable appreciation in stock value. Oh PLEASE that is so lame ... Now, ask yourself if you think we can expect any significant news to be released between now and the date of record (Dec.31). As I said yesterday...very clever. ARUBA! What makes you think substanial news is coming because there has not been one that has proven to be anything other than obvious BS from what I have read. In a Sept news whatever happen to the received tailings from a major mining company domiciled in the USA, and ore samples from Brazil and Peru? In Sept news whatever happen to the the design and purchase of additional mining equipment which will be used to adopt current equipment for use with the HGP process, and which should improve gold production? In Oct whatever happen to Joint Venture between the companies for the application of Orex's licensed gold recovery technology (HGP) to a world class gold property, located in the Durango State of Mexico? In Oct whatever hapen to this Arch Mining Company acquistion and are they doing anything to get the mine up and mining or milling? In Oct whatever happen to the electrical and water supply systems have been upgraded with new equipment to facilitate the HGP processing requirements? In Oct whatever happen to the negotiating several very large acquisitions and mining contracts and expects to make announcements early next week? In Oct whatever hapened to the Arch Mining agreement as part of the ongoing efforts by Orex to evaluate and develop properties for the HGP technology and other mining strategies? In Oct whatever happen to Individuals from the State regulatory agencies have assured the company that all permits and requirements have been met regarding the HGP demonstration? WHERE IS THE HGP DEMO that they have been touting for almost 9 months? In October still whatever ever happen to the re-purchase up to (5) five million shares of its common stock after production commences? Well when is production beginning and on what and where are they going to get the money to buy back the stock? In Oct still whatever happen to the the Gold RIver Mining deal and then later this clarification from GDRV: The merger with Transmeridian Exploration will be effective only after satisfactory due diligence has been completed. Further, with reference to the transaction with Orex Mining Corp., the company wishes to clarify that while it previously had an option to acquire the La Lajita property from Minera Fuerte Mayo, S.A. de C.V. it presently does not have any formal agreement in place with Minerta Fuerte Mayo, S.A. de C.V. for the marketing of the gold extraction process? Isn't GDRV getting delisted? And what about the recent one where Orex has begun crushing and milling silica ore from the Santa Maria mine to prepare samples for purity analysis. Orex will ship the ore samples to Hazen Research in Colorado Springs, CO and Mountain States Labs in Tucson, AZ. The results of the silica analysis will be used to prepare a suitable crushing circuit to produce a saleable silica product and to define a market for the finished product? Where is the GOLD that they been touting since they came public? Where is the DEMO of the HGP? BUT WAIT What about the newest release that Orex Gold Mines currently owns and operates the Santa Maria Mine and Mill as well as Arch Mining located outside Wickenburg Arizona. The Santa Maria and Arch properties contain large gold bearing quartz vein structures with relatively pure quartz and moderate gold grades averaging near 0.25 oz./ton. so why no mention of silica like in the last one? Is it GOLD or SILICA? Oh that's right that release is the dividend ... so why is the news of August stating the future acquisition of World Vanadium not in Orex but a newly formed private company in Las Vegas and you only get 1/20 of the it? Why is OMC not trading but it apparently has all the large assets? C'Mon you guys what gives with this substanial news BS. Is it not going to be months before they get back the results? Is it not going to be months before production? Is all the existing Mines of Orex merely a testing facility? AGAIN Where is the HGP? CORRECTION Per ROB (Thanks for the verification)Orex gets the E on 1-9-2000 and delisitng on 2-9-2000 with a 60 day average comment proccess! Better hurry with that 10sb compliance clock is ticking So they got an additional 2 weeks from my previous post! Woooooooo! Geeze. Gary
