Stephen, she was actually referring to a very friendly, gentile debate we had some time ago concerning the accounting for write-offs of IPR&D. She ended up conceding the point to me, but as it turns out, she was correct and I was wrong.

But Edwarda is too much of a lady to ever remind me of that episode directly. And of course, I am much too gentlemanly (I'm just a pussy cat) to jump all over her.
