Did you hear about the fiasco re Kumar and emachines? Kumar was real high on emachines and wanted his firm to underwrite their IPO and pleaded with emachines to let them do it. However, when emachines went with another firm, Kumar trashed emachines in a report. Kumar claims extenuating circumstances but I still think objectivity is not one of his long suits.
