Actually, that is what I do. I look at my candidates based on day before charts and pre/post market trades. I have 128 meg RAM (I suppose that helps) and I set cache at max. I usually have 3 charts open at one time, all using same layout with no large history items, rarely more. Unsure what happens after 60min or 5min.?

So increased Ram would help possiblly.

There is a data file problem which causes QC to hang on initial load. I called Tech support this week and they sent me a new file via email and said that the production files would be fixed.

I'm now trying to demo QCharts for someone and downloaded the Beta. After a brand new install of the Beta, it also hangs on trying to connect. Apparently, there was a zero-length file that caused the original problem. Is it also in the beta build?
