This is my point. Patents alone do not make a company a success. I think you missed the point Gary. One patent can offer incredible value. Sure, patents probably won't "make a company" any more than one product will "make a company" but the value of a company always lie in the sum of it's parts. It seems that you feel that Palm is the only valuable part of COMS. I think the point is, it's hard to say there is no value in COMS patents if you are not familiar with them. Bux
