Good afternoon, Neocon! There is a major story of this century that may be more obvious to me than to you--for obvious reasons. <VBG> The ascent of women in so many parts of the world, a trend that continues, cannot be ignored. Margaret Thatcher could not have had the place that she did without it. Remember when I suggested the inclusion of Elizabeth Cady Stanton because her work bore fruition in this century so stunningly?
