Good to see some new discussion on this thread!

I believe the upcoming milestone to 'target' is their IPO which may occur simultaneously with their NASDAQ listing under a new name.

Unfortunately, this no doubt has been delayed due to poor stock performance. Hopefully, additional near term acquisitions will get things moving.

The company certainly has progressed well over the past year.
