CDNO - DailyWire Update 12/3

CDNO- The accumulation continues, but the price hasn't caught up yet. We
feel its only a matter of time. According to the daily logs, there has been
over 80 million shares accumulated since March, about 20 million of those in
the last week or so. According to the logs from the OTC, even the days that
were down days....were net accumulation days of over 2 million. We have seen
large blocks go through at the ask of a million, 500k, 400k and many, many
200k and over. These blocks have gone on everyday in the last week,
including today. We believe this is more than just regular investors buying,
these are people in the know. The MM's have worked overtime to keep it this
low, with price manipulation and many hired bashers on the board in our
opinion. We have seen this many times in other stocks and when they are let
go, they are usually really let go. We believe this will happen here soon.
We have added to our already sizable position today.

After speaking to the president Richard Bailey, even though he is tight
lipped...we get the impression the deal is already done and just waiting to
get out in the public, after a few loose ends are tied up. We have talked
to our source, who has confirmed it's very close, possibly even next week.
We are holding this long, till all the details are out and looking for a big
sustained price increase. More later.
