Alexis -- I have had 2 clams and 1 cup for about a year. These were made on the coast not Owings Mills. The quality is superb in all respects except they were not as biodegradeable as I expected. They did disintegrate but it took much longer than I had been led to believe. Maybe they've improved that aspect in MD. I also saw the plates and bowls at the annual meeting - they too were excellent. So good in fact that when they come on the market I can see some frugal people like myself using them more than once.

S, I, too, received products from ERTH and, like Terry, think they are terrific -- 'cold' stays cold longer and 'hot' stays hot longer. I believe it won't be long now before ERTH is starting to run smoothly.

Wishing everyone has a wonderful Holiday season,

dc

alexis, et al, I've talked to several McD's store managers who are testing the ERTH container, and without exception they all LOVE it and never want to go back to that brown flimsy thing.

They say:

The ERTH container gives customers the feeling they are buying a better burger.

It keeps the sandwich hotter, longer.

It doesn't pop open as often as the other one did.

It is easier to work with.

It goes hand-in-hand with McD's image as the best-quality fast-food company in the world.

Also, it is my understanding that McD's is buying the ERTH container at less than the old brown one -- and that ERTH's profit margin will be substantial.

Therefore, with all of this in mind, I think we can expect a positive response from McD's in the very near future, increasing the number of stores to be using the ERTH container, and within a few months going nationwide.
