Sarge, generally a person is assumed innocent unless evidence of his wrong-doing is presented and found to be convincing. No hard evidence has been shown to me of Les being involved in any wrong doing with Medinah. I do not believe he is lying about the merger or the short position.

Concerning evidence for the short position-the best evidence has always been the failure of many shareholders to obtain their MG certs. That is still true to today. Final proof will be the forensic audit. It was apparantly not completed as earlier thought, but is still being worked on. Brokerages firms that are short MG are still being targeted and pressured. Cheers.
