Dividends cut to $0.20! TRP is in a crisis to survive. They just announced a major restructuring this morning, and it is even worse than I thought: - Reduced dividends by 29% from C$1.12 to C$0.80. Quarterly dividends will only be C$0.20 - TRP will eliminate the 5% discount provision of the dividend re-investment plan that had previously attracted widows, orhphans and other retail investors - TRP will take a charge against earnings in its fourth quarter of around C$700 million.
