Hi Dave, I believe it means that UltraCard is the exclusive licensee for magnetic strip plastic card use of KM for the term of the contract. Meaning, they are the only company authorized to use KM technology for this purpose (ie. AXC cannot license KM to a competitor of UltraCard). It is my opinion that UltraCard will be marketing these new cards to everyone under the sun including credit card issuers, DMVs, security card issuers, swipeable memory cards for consumer electronics, etc. The market seems huge IMO. KM is still eligible for additional licensing for hard disk drives, portable disk drives, magnetic tape, etc., etc. Someone please correct me if I am wrong. Rob
