I wouldn't worry too much about COMS Bill. Its still in a very strong up-trend. It can't go straight up without any rest. There is very strong resistance right around $43 that it has to work through but when that happens its clear sailing. I'm sure if Mr. Pink were here he'd say, relax and be patient.

Conclusion(COMS)...I don't think the stock is going to blow up, but it may be dead money as we wait for the spinoff. Change the STRONG BUY to a hold. Pick up more shares on a *deep* pullback (say mid 30s).

Here we go again, Bill.... Wasn't it just that same morning when your opinion was...

COMS hires CEO for Palm unit. Makes more public references to Palm spinoff.

I reiterate my STRONG BUY.

This Strong Buy to Hold on the same day is a little difficult for the average investor to assimilate. With conviction like that you can understand why it is hard to take your investment advice seriously.

Assuming someone still does trust your judgement then they bought @ 34 back on the 11th of Nov, again the 3rd of Dec at 42 3/8 and now should hold until the stock corrects back to the mid 30s....Can they then expect to sell in the 20's only to watch the stock go to 50?

In the immortal words of Yogi, "deja(pple) vu all over again."

This is the fellow that is leading you to short GUMM, VLNC, WAVX and a host of others folks....

Yaaaaaaaaaaaaawwwwwwwwwwwnnnnnnn!

Dear Bill: Regarding COMS my thoughts exactly as those you just espoused. COMS has had a major runup over a very short period. At the very least I would expect it to stop and catch its breath, a pullback to the mid 30's would also not be unexpected. Glad to see that you are able to evaluate the CURRENT circumstances and adjust your advice as needed. Shows strength of character and conviction. I presume you still feel it is a good long term hold and an accumulation on dips? JDN
