bobby..very interesting post. Its funny how we all seem to 'fixate' on one or another favorite and hang on to it for a long time (i.e. BVSN, EIDSY) yet are slightly more hesitant with another equally excellent stock like NSOL which I think I got 13%..

My lofty goal would be to have at least a group of us in the SAME stocks and track our stocks not according to the day it appears on the watch list, but the technical reason it was there in the first place and waiting patiently 1-3 days for that 'buy trigger'. MCSC is a thinly traded stock but like MRCY computer I've been 'involved' with this stock for an unbelievable 3 earnings season and I knew their potential.

I know I could have called an alert, but I can't be everywhere and with such a good market climate other signals went off first. And then I had to catch up on MG work. But somehow, probably in the chat room, intraday updates or 'homework'.. we would actually program alerts on stocks like MCSC for 3-4 days simply because they are definitely worth the effort. AGIL was good but with a lot less outlay I would have enjoyed a much better profit from MCSC.

Wouldn't it have been nice for all Gemmers to have held NSOL in a core portfolio together? and/or gotten into LBRT, MCSC and not left them solely because I was a day or two early with them... So basically my goals for Gemmers are to follow through our stocks more closely with more resources, staff help etc.

I also love this thread but I'm not unaware that the sheer amount of plays called during the day are great for some traders but for others they might actually have a dilutive effect (for example, what do we choose when someone says "this looks good" or triggered a strong buy..
