It may simply be that Ariad is not on
anybody's radar...take Peter's marketcap list...

geeze, twenty percent of my portfolio
doesn't even make the 50M cut! And, to be
honest, I am clicking on the etrade IPO button
for Tularik more frequently than I access the
quote for Ariad. People want the highfliers,
the momentum, the safety of crowds, and who
can argue...it's paid off this year spectacularly.
Now someday I'll be standing in the right spot,
Ariad will have it's melt up someday, maybe in
just a few weeks, probably months, maybe years.
But I have to hover here and wait for the updraft,
I cant risk stepping away for even a day.

If I'd known that all the money has to play
each tier consecutively, til it works it's
way down to the nth tier values, I'd have played
it that way, kind of a shame, but I'll live.

~20M outstanding shares...maximally diluted ~30M
with 35M cash nearly in hand and a potentially
multibillion dollar platform (say, ten years
from now) which could probably be sold this
moment for somewhere between 50-250M. Sorry the
range is so large...and I am sorry that my
noisy efforts here on SI and on Yahoo have not
taunted anybody lurking from spilling an
authoritative estimate. Many folks do respond,
what to call it, stochastic noise enhancment,
hehheh, but the folks with the answers seem content
to lurk, or ignore.
