Kevin, Its not clear if you are short or just skeptical.

Whether I am short or not varies from time to time. I am always skeptical.

Members of the first panel have already been quoted (and subsequently scorned for it by SNRS longs) as saying that they do not believe the SNRS laser will be approved in January, and if by chance it is, it will be a very limited, undesirable form of approval. (And there is such a thing; just ask the shareholders of BTX what happened after their company's drug got approved.)

While some have labelled this expression of opinion as dishonest and/or conflicted, the fact remains that if anyone would know, it would be the members of the first panel.

Your suggestions for playing the issue are well taken, but I hope you'll understand when I decline to comment on how I intend to play the issue.
