I wonder where the 40x number comes from. I must confess I have accepted the Morningstar number w/o checking. Even if it is based on the diluted basis, going from 24x to 40x seems to quite a stretch.

Anyone has any idea?

p.s. Morningstar seems to derive the cash flow number when the stock was around $40
