I doubt it...

Larry Nelson has registered 200k shares. He and his are the largest shareholders of EDIS with around 18 million shares.

I stand corrected...

...apparently so.

Hey, the stock is up and they are taking some profits.

This happened with LMKI. Insider sales in the $2 - $4.00 range and a lot of folks got all in a tizzy. Today LMKI is over $7.00.
