Matt:

"Rumors circulated around the floor that there was a management change brewing."

Yea, those sort of rumors magically appear when people need to square options positions they made a mistake on.

Thanks for the news. My fortune rag arrived in the mail today and I don't know what the fuss would be over that. The rag had a large article on GTW and said that WAitt was leaving. Maybe it was a combination of the two stories as someone dumping shares would push it down more than the COO which has been pretty much running things would do. Anyway, I don't want to talk stocks here anyway and I really don't like over priced ones at that <ggg>

I would like to mention that I always knew politicians talked out both sides of their mouths but on the same day? Today's employment report was spun as wages are not increasing and there is no employment cost pressures. The watching the news tonight , I see Slick Willy speaking about how great the economy is and stating statistics showing rapid growth in wages across ALL careers from burger flippers, retail employees to those near the top of the corporate ladder. He also emphasized that it was not geological and that wages have risen sharply from the inner cities, to farms to silicon valley.

OK so are wages rising sharply or are they benign. I am so befuddled, I don't know which set of lies to believe. <ng>

Also it was brought to my attention today that many thought I stopped posting my analysis and picks on my site. I just went to a bulletin board format so there would be a record of my calls instead of them being erased everyday. Sorry for the confusion. I have relabeled my message board sign to reflect that market comments and picks are now located there. No password is required at this time and no e-mail address is needed either, just leave those blank. I do have total control over this board though so read my guidelines if you plan on causing trouble. It takes me about 10 seconds to erase a post from the time I notice it and I will restrict the board via password if it gets out of hand. All constructive comments are welcome though.

For those that lost my site address it is on my profile and for those that aren't members of SI it is located at
home.att.net

Good Luck,

Lee
