The NASDAQ today reached 24% above the previous peak in July. This matches the previous record for peak to peak rises over the past 3 years. This was from July, 1998 to Feb.,1999. The average rise has been about 12%. Most of the other indicators--Arms, high/lows, up/downs--have been overbought for months.

And this year we don't have the cushion of "soft Asian economies" (Jesus I got as tired of hearing that as Y2K problems) or $12 oil. Oil is over twice that now.

The odds favor the usual 10-15% pullback or maybe more if something scary happens economically. We just need a little spark to trigger some stop sell orders.
