GM -
I think we did hear about it earlier I remeber seeing it on oneor other of my news services and I thought everyone had seen it.. Sorry for not posting it.

As for the price action today IMHO days like this are not days for record setting Q up moves. Today was a relief momo brought about by the benign employment numbers. IMHO a great deal of momo and a good day to stay clear of the market. As far as the last minite drop is concerned I think we should be happy that there was a net gain for the day on a momo driven day.

The Q moves on days when you just don't expect it and it moves big. If there is a handset division sale in our lives in the near future then we will see a move.....a Q move.

Also as the earnings and revenues for this quater start to get known then we will see another Q move and then there is the split.........10 more business days to go.....of course there is no no rational reason why the split should cause any move at all.....no reason at all....but it has been known for splits to be quite positively received.!!!!!

Best regards,

L

Greg, the Certicom release was issued Wednesday; in a licensing deal, usually it is the licensor that issues the release since people are knocking on its door to get the goodies.

Stand your ground young man, we're all behind you, as to the earlier silly nonsense.
