It is my understanding that present marketplace holders of TSCC shares will receive a tax-free disbursement of an equal number of ELOY shares early next year (1-for-1). Therefore, if you presently own 1,000 shares of TSCC, you will additionally obtain 1,000 shares of ELOY. For new capital, privately placed shares may go to financial investment organizations later on as well. Do not take this as gospel, since things are not finalized. Regards, Trenton.
