To ALL: Conversation With JOSEPH FIORE, CEO of (JOES). I just spoke with Joe Fiore earlier today and joe said after speaking with attorneys he believes Investors will see (JOES) begin disseminating NEWS within a Couple of Weeks. Joe commented that he believed that Investors will start to see things move in the direction that (JOES) has said they would eventually move in. Joe said the company has VERY Positive things happening, however with ALL the GOOD things happening, also comes the Frustration of being at the mercy of other people. Delays of expectations happen to all companies and is but the very nature of doing business and/or deals. Joe commented that EVERYTHING is still ON TRACK, Company is moving forward. Joe brought up the FACT that HE just bought almost TWO MILLION SHARES. (My comment on that is: It is encouraging To KNOW that the CEO of (JOES) is putting HIS CASH on the line. That is about as STRONG of a Statement as ANY Insider can make....) Another comment which I was VERY PLEASED to hear was that Joe said Punctually that there is NO NEGATIVE FEED BACK from ANYONE regarding the Acquisitions or regarding the FINANCING direction they ARE going in, there is NO Negative Indications. Commenting on his personality, Joe said that anyone that "Knows" him personally, knows ONE THING. THE ONLY time he will quit is when his eyes close ( I assume he meant either while he is asleep or permanently). Joe said " I fully intend to make this work." To which I commented, " If I were to personally already own 2 million shares and then go in THE OPEN Market and purchase almost TWO MILLION MORE, I would FOR SURE "Think I could MAKE SOMETHING WORK." For Joe to accomplish his Goal, his Reward monetarily may perhaps be HUGE. For Investors such as I, no matter the number of shares owned, percentage wise, the Reward can also be HUGE. In closing this conversation, I ask Joe "Joe just "Guestimate" what you expect IF things go as is NOW on Track?????" Answer was and I QUOTE "IF the Financing Package WE HAVE, you know the Financing Package we're seeking, which we believe WILL Go through. IF we get THAT, we'll have almost $1.00 per share IN CASH. I really do think you'll see a LOT Higher stock prices. The Acquisitions we're looking to make Malcolm are ALL VERY STRONG Cash Flow Positive Companies. They are throwing off CASH FLOW Very Strongly and we're using a small portion of the Cash Flow to Pay Down the debt. The Majority of the Money Goes BACK Into the Company. It is not like we're Buying a Company with Positive Cash Flow, then using the Cash Flow to pay the debt. We're only using a small portion of it. I would say we're using like 40% of the Cash Flow to Pay down the Debt and 60% goes into the Company. Eventually as the Price of the stock Rises, we'll convert some of that debt to equity but at much Higher Prices." My Last Question/Comment was, "I really just called to see if there was anything to the Rumor of Possible News coming out fairly soon?'' Joe replied by saying, " I would think THAT is a SOUND RUMOR. I would think there will be something coming out in the next little bit." Joe said he is Being Very Careful as to HOW they structure the News coming Out because they don't want to see the stock price RISE then Fall right Back down. He wants to "see a nice STRONG STEADY Movement in the stock Price." I am personally and currently comfortable and Pleased that I have accumulated a sizable position of over 100,000 shares of (JOES) averaged at .28 cents.
