Hi SusieQ, Seen the news? We have action. Wondering if I should get on board. Concerned about last para of news re pink sheets. Any reassuring (or otherwise) comments??? John. Here's the offending paragraph: Because of certain rule changes it currently is anticipated that the Company's stock will cease to be quoted on the OTC Bulletin Board and will be quoted on the "Pink Sheets" beginning on or about February 25, 2000. Trading on the OTC Bulletin Board will require the Company to file a Form 10-SB and for its to be declared effective by the SEC, as well as the Company receiving a clearance from the NASD. Although the Company intends to be in full compliance with the new eligibility rules, there is no guarantee that this will occur.
