Put em up....!!"...<g>......At least we took a shot...This was above board...for all to see......Lots of pork barrel and Black Projects out there...from tobacco subsidies ..(a grant by a government to a private person or company to assist an enterprise DEEMED Advantageous to the public (HELLO !!?) )
to the (excuse me...?).."Peacekeeper".....Somehow the Final Frontier seems worth it in my book......any how if it was voluntary.. I'd kick in again..To stop and think that one of our robots is up there ... and hopefully ..is Trying to Phone Home...... ..Well that my friend ... is Cool...:)

OT - Mars Polar Lander

Not so fast, it's not hopeless yet. If the lander's computer entered a "safe mode" after landing, it will not try to communicate with mission control until Saturday night. sgi-mars.com:80/msp98/lander/
