Was the article from the current issue?

The market is really split. We have a severe bear market going on in some areas and in others areas price means nothing. In the middle of that is 50 blue chips that are more than holding their own. I think there's a lot of forced short covering going on. I find it hard to believe that lots of people are actually buying this stuff at PEs of N/A because they think it's a good investment.
