Here is a post from Ragingbull: About the S-8 Cont............additional 35mil authorized to beissued under the TSIG plan. The TSIG stock plan says this. The purpose of this Plan is to promote the best interest of the Company, and its stockholders by providing a means of non-cash remuneration to selected Eligible Participants who contribute most to the operating progress and earning power of the Company. So the detracters imediately say. There goes the share pig granting himself shares again. I think they are bringing one or more key people on board and paying with shares and options.Who knows it could be at the top. I also want to say although I was very dissappointed with todays stock action I am still jubilent at the recent developements with TSIG.
