IMO, CHTR is evolving into something quite different, an organization that can offer many things to its subscribers and to other providers as well. It will not be your typical cableco, but a vast resource for data, communication and enertainment. It will take some time to roll this out. So, one can value it as one does its competitors, or one can also throw in potential value.
