Jeffrey,

Anyone brought here by Rrrrrrrrrrrruffian :)is a friend of ours. That requires that I return to my kindler, gentler mode after having been in my rant mode in the previous post.

I'm not sure if a gorilla is defined by the strength of their presence in the marketplace, or the ever growing price of their stock.

Ya gotta read the manual, Jeffrey. And if you already have, ya gotta read it a few more times. The manual clarifies that the stock price has nothing to do with defining a gorilla.

Once you've understood the manual, you'll probably have some ideas about, if not the answers to, all of your other questions.

since this is my first post here

Welcome aboard, Jeff. Your background in accounting should be helpful!

I'm not sure if a gorilla is defined by the strength of their presence in the marketplace, or the ever growing price of their stock.

Neither one, Jeff. Although a Gorilla will have both of those characteristics.

First, read my "Cheat sheet" on Jeffery Moore's book "The Gorilla Game". The link is in the header for this thread.

Then, if you are still interested in posting here, Get the book and read it! This thread will make a lot more sense to you when you have read the book.
