Hi Kurt

Here is another challenge -

"General Motors (GM: news, msgs) rose 1 to 76 3/4 in Eurpean trading, according to market makers at Madoff Investment Securities. The company was pegged as a possible take-over target in the current issue of Barron's. The motive would be to take control of GM's 68 percent interest in Hughes Electronics (GMH: news, msgs), since its value is not fully reflected in GM's stock price, the business weekly reports. Hughes' stock is up 127 percent year-to-date, while GM's is up 30 percent in the same period. Another possibility would be the sale of its interest in Hughes, which operates DirecTV, the satellite TV provider which has nearly 8 million subscribers, according to Barron's."

If GM is bought you can probably kiss the On Star deal goodbye.

Stay Well and enjoy the holidays.
