I have been wondering if other people have read much of the big "Disclosure Statement" that was sent to us by Zenith shortly before the Bankruptcy hearing. I got two copies of this document, I assumed because I owned some stock along with debentures. Just recently I was looking at Annex E,the "Form of Indenture" One of the copies has an Annex E that starts at E23, goes to E52 and then starts over at E23 again. Did anyone else notice this? The other copy has the expected sequence of pages. This might be a milder form of FUBAR, which we called SNAFU in the 1940's. A normal situation in other words. Norman
